3.Open The Extracted Files Folder.

3.Run Fixer.bat

2.Select Open

3.Press Any Key.

4.Follow The Guides Opened.

To Open Command Prompt:

1.Click At The Search Button.

2.Search Command Prompt

3.Run As Administrator

5.Press Any Key.

6.Click At The Yes Button.

7.Open Service.

8.Run Service As Administrator.

Click At Run As Administrator Button.

9.Find Windows Update

If You Already Finds Right Click At Windows Update And Click On Properties, 

And Click Start.
